Fifth pre-release to 0.2: taxes, factories

0.2 pre5 is here

This update fixed a lot of bugs in factory and changed taxes and demand. This is another leap towards 0.2, that we couldn't have skipped.
Here's a list of changes:
- Taxes are more frequent
- Tax percent can change between 10-30 %
- Bug fixes in factory: quality is no longer always 0, game works after opening factory, factory can produce stuff now, you have to have money to order goods, ...
- Factory maximum production is now 500, still not enough if you have all the shops
- Factory workers' suggested salary $160
- Demand changes: risen whole demand, lowered demand in cities
- More bug fixes: one sum for taxes, price can be under 4, marketing budget must be positive
- Marketing can affect reputation positively or negatively
- Size of company affects reputation
- If you have no supplies, reputation goes a bit down

That's probably the biggest things. There are still a lot of things to do before 0.2, and probably a lot of pre-releases before 0.2.
